Egg in a Cup

Ingredients

  • Stoneware tea cups
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt & pepper
  • buttered toast (if desired)

Method

  1. Combine the eggs, salt & pepper and milk in a bowl and whisk with a fork. Cook in a pan, stirring constantly until cooked.
  2. Serve in teacups with buttered toast.
